This Privacy Policy describes how StickyJet: Sticky Cart & Buy (the "App") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Shop Owner Data: Shop name, shop email, and store domain. We use this to establish your account, configure the app settings, and communicate with you regarding your service.
- Theme and Store Assets: Read and write access to your store's active themes. This is necessary to render the sticky add-to-cart buttons, buy bars, and related storefront widgets on your store pages.
- Product and Cart Data: Access to product lists to enable seamless cart additions directly from our sticky widgets.
Important Note on Customer Data: We do NOT collect, access, or store any personal data of your store's customers (such as names, billing/shipping addresses, or emails).
2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information collected from you and your store to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App's core services.
- Render and optimize the sticky cart widgets on your storefront.
- Provide merchant support and resolve configuration queries.
- Process subscription plans and billing securely through Shopify's billing API.
3. Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services. We rely on Shopify's APIs to process all auth sessions and subscription charges securely.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your store configuration metadata as long as you keep the App installed. If you uninstall the App, all access tokens and active sessions are automatically deleted. Any remaining merchant information will be processed and removed in accordance with Shopify's mandatory data protection webhooks.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our operational, legal, or regulatory requirements.
